St John Workshop
On the 22.8.2019, we had a St John school guide to show us how to bandage up and heal wounds. The first thing we had to do is we had to take care of a knocked out friend or someone to work with. First we had to learn the D.R.S.A.B.C.D, (Danger, Response, Send help, Airway, Breath, CPR, Debi). One person had to be the knocked out person, and the other one only had to do the D.R.S.A and B. Next we had to bandage a cut, we had to put an adresser pad on the cut and then wrap it in a bandage. Sadly she had to go, so the last activity was she named out all the things in a first aid kit and then she covered it up. We had to name them all on a piece of paper. We got 14/17 things in the first aid kit.

Hello James, I agree with Victor about the way you could recall all about D.R.S.A.B.C.D. You will be a good person to be around when we go on school trips.
ReplyDeleteKia Ora James,
ReplyDeleteThis is a great paragraph of writing! You have included your capital letters, full stops and extra punctuation like commas! Keep up the great work!
